Dora Omirou joined PLATI PARPARINOS & ASSOCIATES LLC in 2021 and she is the Head of the Corporate Team and also has been the Compliance Officer since then. She deals extensively with a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including, drafting corporate and commercial agreements, incorporation, and administration of limited liabilities companies, setting up legal entities, drafting constitutional documents and regulating the shareholders’ relationship, and she is also providing advice on and assistance to matters related to corporate and commercial sector.. As a Compliance Officer she is dealing with legal due diligence.
